1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and aec66 ("aec66", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the aec66 website located at https://aec66.app, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the aec66 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Each individual may hold only one registered account with aec66. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers for the same individual — is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. aec66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

aec66 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance frameworks. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your membership, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your registered Touch n Go eWallet account or bank account statement);
• Source of funds documentation where required by aec66's compliance team.

aec66 may withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the aec66 Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Payments

aec66 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Bank Online, GrabPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms. Deposits are credited to your aec66 account wallet in real time or within the processing time specified for each payment method. aec66 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be refunded and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

aec66 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet service providers. In the event of a technical failure resulting in a failed deposit where funds have been debited from your payment account, please contact aec66 support immediately with the relevant transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time by verified members through the cashier section of the aec66 platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.

aec66 targets e-wallet withdrawal completion within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to 24 business hours. Processing times are guidelines and not guarantees; aec66 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• KYC verification has been completed to the standard required by aec66's compliance team;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance being withdrawn have been met in full;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any daily, weekly, or monthly limits applicable to your account tier.

Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unexpired bonuses will be forfeited on expiry;

• Only one welcome bonus is available per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method;

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the aec66 platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the game's actual behaviour, the technical log maintained by aec66's server will be the authoritative record.

• Providing false identity or financial information to aec66 at any stage;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by a third party, including family members;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with other members' enjoyment of the platform.

aec66 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review. Members found in breach of this clause will have their accounts suspended, balances reviewed and potentially forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the aec66 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and user interface elements, is the property of aec66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the aec66 platform without prior written consent from aec66.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aec66 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform;
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond aec66's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure;
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or outages;
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit aec66's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

aec66's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to aec66 in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

• A member fails to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A member is identified as being under 21 years of age;
• A member has registered multiple accounts.

Upon termination for breach, aec66 may forfeit any balance in the account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not caused by breach of these Terms, verified balances will be returned to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Dispute Resolution

aec66 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. Members are encouraged to provide all relevant information, including transaction IDs, game round IDs, screenshots, and a clear description of the issue, to facilitate timely resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through aec66's internal process, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body applicable under the international gaming authority framework under which aec66 operates.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to aec66's operating jurisdiction as determined by its gaming authority licence. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

15. Amendments to These Terms

aec66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
